It's easy to forget there are two equal parts to communication: talking and listening. But, most of us don't know how to listen. That means almost half of communication could be lost or misinterpreted. And that's a huge problem in the workplace. So let's do something about it. In this conversation we'll cover what it means to be heard at work, how leaders can improve employee experience by learning to listen, the most harmful listening pitfalls, and how to ace listening on video calls.
Whether you’re fully dispersed, remote-first, in the office or somewhere in between, conversation is what ties everyone together in your business. This bi-weekly virtual series opens space for dialog that leads to action in the pursuit of better workplaces. We’ll explore how conversation shapes culture, creates connection, and helps leaders lead. We all have a voice—let’s come together and then get to work.
