Congratulations to Kaufman Lynn Construction who were recently recognized as an industry giant, citing their use of Jostle. With nearly 250 employees in three different states, they use Jostle to celebrate project wins, welcome new employees, and share industry news. We asked them to share a bit about their winning formula:

The marketing team kicked off the summer with an intranet scavenger hunt (employees answered questions like, ‘Who has a birthday next week?’ and ‘Who is known for their shoe collection?’ to encourage employees to look at Profiles to win a prize).
Their team hosts training sessions so each employee knows how to use the platform.
They share company-wide Tuesday Tips via email with pointers on how employees can make the most of Jostle.
Employees are encouraged to set Jostle as their browser homepage.

Congratulations to their Marketing team (pictured below), along with their HR and IT teams who supported the launch!

Happy Birthday (to us)!

What started off a decade ago as a two-man operation run out of CEO Brad Palmer's son's bedroom has grown to encompass a full floor of an office building in the heart of downtown Vancouver with 60+ dedicated, enthusiastic employees!

For Jostle's 10th birthday, we had a party to celebrate each other, the amazing things we've achieved, and the exciting places our journey will take us next (and then the cake came out, and like true 10 year-olds, we all dropped everything and ran to get the first slice).

And here's our salute to you, our incredible customers, who've made it a joy for us to be able to simply do what we do! Cheers!
