Let me start with a big, heart-felt "thank you" to everyone who took part in our recent reader survey. We received more responses than we could've hoped for and we were thrilled to hear your feedback!

And to that end, we'll be using the results of the survey to guide us in making some changes here at the Voice. A few little tweaks have already been made, and we'll be rolling out more as we progress through the summer.

Our aim is to make this a useful, engaging resource that helps you, your intranet, and your organization. And we want to ensure we're always bringing you content that you want to see, so let me express our thanks once again for the feedback you've given us—you're the best!

Want to know how to boost morale and engagement using your intranet? Ask PepperPointe Partnerships. They recently did so via an "Appreciation Game" article posted in their News view. For an entire week, employees could log on and use the comments section of this article to nominate any colleagues they felt were worthy of recognition and post it for the whole company to see.

Regular intranet users were soon joined by people who had never logged on before to read these heart-felt comments about them and their peers as well as to post their own nominations. It turned out to be exactly what they needed to connect as an overall team and the results far exceeded their expectations! The article had 30X more views than any other and besides comments, participation included more posted photos and Activity updates than ever before. We think that's extraordinary!

• Or maybe there's a feature that you'd like to see added to your intranet? Then let us know in our feature requests forum. Posts with the most upvotes from other users stand a good chance of making it into development!
