Hi there,

Spring is just around the corner for us here in Vancouver and it has inspired—in a "word association" sort of way—our theme for this month, which is "spring into action" (and not wanting to make anyone feel left out, we came up with a similar seasonally-inspired theme for our southern hemisphere friends: "fall into formation").

Both phrases bring to mind a call to action, a time for less talking—more doing. And that's what we're tasking you with this month. Take action on something you've wanted to do but never made the time for (like the orgs who spent countless hours crafting their submissions for this year's Jostle Awards—well over half of the entrants were first-timers!) or begin rallying the troops for support with a worthy mission (maybe something like breaking down workplace silos?).

In the end, it doesn't matter what you choose—so long as you take action to move it from "To do" to "Done"!
