Laurie’s purpose is to free creativity inside leaders and their businesses. He works with leadership teams the world over to embed purpose and values into their brands and businesses, and coach people to design and leverage their culture to grow. Laurie is a founding partner of Within People - a strategy and coaching practice based out of London, Cape Town, San Francisco and now Vancouver.

Laurie previously worked as the strategy director for a change agency in London, and is a graduate of Oxford University. He lives at the foot of Grouse Mountain in North Vancouver with his wife and young son.
