"Feedback is a gift" ~ We've all heard that saying, yet it's a gift most of us rarely get and when we do it's rarely packaged in the way we want to receive it. Organizations with a strong feedback culture welcome feedback, know how to deliver it constructively, and use it to develop individuals, teams, and the organization. It's how they know what they're doing well and where they can improve.

In this webinar we'll dig into why feedback is critical for an organization invested in growth and share practical tips on how to cultivate a culture of feedback within your organization.

In this session, participants will learn:
  • Why feedback is so important
  • The three essential ingredients for creating a feedback culture
  • What you can do to get more feedback for your own personal development
